Popular Portable Grill Brands

Some people love their brands, while others might not know too much about them and want to learn more. This page discusses some of the most popular portable grill brands, and provides links to collections of everything we’ve written on each of them!

Coleman

Coleman Coleman is probably the most synonymous with anything having to do with camping and outdoor living. From cooking to tents and everything in between, their ever-expanding line of products has kept campers and hikers happy and comfortable for much longer than most of us have been alive.

Their products are usually of reasonable to high quality, with every design geared toward how easy it will be to use in outdoor environments.

Weber

Weber GrillsOur next contender is Weber, which is well known for producing very high quality back yard grills. Even their least expensive products have been known to survive year-round in backyards across the country and around the world, sometimes for decades before being replaced.

Though the company first opened its doors in 1893, it wasn’t transformed into the company we know today until the early 50’s when the first Barbeque Kettle was produced. Since then, Weber has added several grills to its line, including several different portable grills.

Cuisinart

Most of us are far more familiar with Cuisinart appliances and cookware for the kitchen. I personally have a set of pots and pans, a toaster and coffee maker, and absolutely love them. I’m sure there are many others that can attest to their quality, too.

In the last few years, they’ve also ventured into the grill market with mixed results, especially their portable units. Some are great, others are well thought out, but miss the mark.

Overall, we want to love Cuisinart, but we try to make sure that people know what they’ll be getting.
